Wow!!! Amazing icecream!!. I got a Sunday and a single scoop of smores and they gave us so much! It was $11 for both. There's a lot of clown decorations up so if that's something that scares you I would maybe skip this one

Love the atmosphere, but their hotdogs are the best. No where else can you get hotdogs like they were made back in the 60's. They actually toast the hotdog buns. Awesome!!!

Old fashioned burgers and hotdogs. Doss is a staple in Kernersville or Kvegas. They have the nostalgic footlong hot dogs. Only come if you want a good southern dog. None of the Chicago style stuff. Service is basic but southern in nature. It's Kernersville yall. A bit old fashioned. The building is original so I think that lends to the charm of the building. If you have a quarter you can get a balloon on some bubble gum. Now let's talk about the ice cream. Yummy hand scooped.

Practically every town in North Carolina has their local hotdog restaurant. Which focuses primarily on hotdogs and ice cream. This would be the local spot in Kernersville. Sadly compared to other such locations in North Carolina, it was not as impressive as I had hoped. The fries were awesome they were those lightly battered crispy type fries. And the cherry Coke was phenomenal, very old school soda fountain dinner type where they add the cherry syrup to the Coke, and they were not stingy on the cherry syrup. Some of the best cherry soda I've had in a long time. The hotdogs though, what should have been the main star, were a bit underwhelming. The hot dog, chili, and coleslaw were not terribly flavorful. And a bit cold. Furthermore, compared to other hotdog places I felt the pricing was considerably overpriced. It is still a cheaper meal as far as restaurants go but more expensive then the average hotdog place Although we did not have any ice cream. It did look good and there was a wide selection.
